I am Maggie Yost, an Interior Architecture and Design student at the Columbus College of Art & Design.

As a passionate creative, I am constantly working on refining my skills from drawing and painting to designing useful spaces for living.

Having experience in creative retail spaces as well as completing personal commissions, my knowledge and appreciation for the professional creative world has grown. I worked in a flower shop for about three years, and during my time there my responsibilities grew as well as my creative freedom. I was a part of creating weddings as well as special, personal events. I learned how to represent a creative company to clients through my work and experience. I have also done personal commissions such as paintings and drawings of landscapes, loved ones, and pets. I started a side hustle of painting windows for businesses. I paint seasonal scenes to catch the eyes of customers.

Each of these experiences outside of school have helped shape my creative knowledge. As I continue school to refine my creative talents, I plan to continue pursuing any opportunity I can.
